By accessing or using the McVAPE's website at https://mcvapesinc.com or purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

McVAPE's sells vaping products, e-cigarettes, and related accessories that are legally restricted to individuals aged 19 years of age or older in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

By placing an order or using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 19 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel orders where age cannot be verified. It is illegal to purchase tobacco or vaping products for minors.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and flavour information.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors.

Ontario HST (13%) applies to all purchases. Additional taxes may apply based on your location.

We ship within Ontario, Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order total. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details including estimated delivery times.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. McVAPE's is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges on products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the defective product must be reported to us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are at the sole discretion of McVAPE's. Opened or used products that are not defective are not eligible for exchange. You agree not to:

• Purchase products on behalf of anyone under 19 years of age
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without permission
• Submit false or misleading information

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of McVAPE's Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Vaping products carry health risks — please use responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, McVAPE's Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
