Shipping Policy

On all orders over $75 CAD within Ontario.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Area
We ship within Ontario, Canada. GTA same-day/next-day available.
Minimum Shipping
A minimum shipping fee of $10.00 CAD applies to all orders under $75.
1. Where We Ship
McVAPE's currently ships to addresses within the Province of Ontario, Canada. We do not ship internationally or to other Canadian provinces at this time.
We serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions including:
- Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Newmarket, Aurora
- Toronto (all boroughs), Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke
- Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington
- Barrie, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order total:

3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Richmond Hill & immediate area: Same day or next business day
- GTA (Toronto, Markham, Vaughan, Mississauga): 1–2 business days
- Rest of Ontario: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Age Verification at Delivery
As required by Ontario law, all vaping product deliveries require age verification upon receipt. The recipient must be 19 years of age or older and may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID. If age cannot be verified, the package will not be delivered and will be returned to us.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [email protected] or call (365) 887-5944. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Richmond Hill location:
